At the National Gallery of Art

our guided tours specialize in specific artists and art from the Museum’s collection.  Our two hours long tours are curated so that you can focus on art history and stories.  The National Gallery of Art is opened daily from 10 am to 5 pm.  The closest metro station is the Archives-Navy Memorial-Penn Quarter.  If you take the metro, when you get out of the station take a left and cross the street.  Walk forward towards the National Mall to Constitution Avenue.  At Constitution Avenue make a Left and walk-up the street towards the Capitol.  As you are walking towards the Capitol you will come across a U-Shaped driveway with an entrance.  This is the entrance to enter the Museum.   Please wait on the ground level by the information desk.  The National Gallery of Art does not have a parking garage.  Please be aware that on the weekend parking in the area is short on demand and not close to the Museum.
